All withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with FSM Markets’ internal policies, system availability, and compliance procedures.
Due to system upgrades, liquidity management, operational adjustments, or compliance checks, processing delays may occur.
Clients are requested to remain patient and cooperative during such periods.
2. Self-Trading Accounts (Standard Trading)
Profit withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions.
Principal (capital) withdrawals are also processed within 24 hours, subject to standard verification procedures.
All withdrawal requests are subject to internal system checks and account validation.
Note:
Processing times may be extended during system upgrades, maintenance, or operational adjustments.
3. Copy Trading Linked Accounts
Accounts connected to copy trading operate under a monthly cycle system.
Profit withdrawals are processed at the end of each trading cycle (monthly basis).
Clients are not permitted to manually trade while their accounts are connected to copy trading.
All trading activity is managed by the assigned trader or system.
Principal Withdrawal (Copy Trading Accounts)
Principal withdrawal requests are normally approved within 7 working days, subject to the following conditions:
No ongoing system upgrade or maintenance
No compliance or verification restrictions on the account
No irregular or suspicious activity detected
The account is properly disconnected from copy trading (if applicable)
No active trade cycle or locked positions are pending
Note:
Processing time may be extended due to operational, technical, or compliance-related requirements.
4. During System Upgrade / Maintenance
During system upgrades or maintenance periods, the following conditions may apply:
Delays in withdrawal processing
Extended processing timelines
Liquidity management measures, including staggered (partial) payments
Additional compliance and verification checks
All requests are processed in accordance with the system queue, and priority processing may not be available.
5. Important Notes
All withdrawal requests are processed on a queue-based system.
FSM Markets reserves the right to delay, review, or temporarily hold any withdrawal request based on compliance, security, or operational requirements.
In case of any suspicious activity or policy violation, withdrawals may be temporarily restricted pending investigation.
Clients will be informed in case of any significant updates or changes affecting withdrawal processing.
